CANCELLATIONS
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
If less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given you are required to pay the full hire fee for the session. This is under all circumstances; regardless of the time of day, how busy the studio is at the time of your booking, or the reason for cancellation. You are welcome to offer the session to somebody else, but it is your responsibility to arrange this and pay any shortfall if they don't want the full session.

Why do we have this policy?
We are a small studio with only two rehearsal rooms. Because of this, we run on extremely tight margins. Every booking represents half our income for that session. Every session you book is a session somebody else might have tried to book. This policy is in place to protect us, so we can continue to offer a flexible service and keep our prices low. The reason the period is 24 hours is to give us adequate time to find somebody else to take the session.
